Delete Old Instagram Account Without Password or Email

These are the steps you need to follow in order to delete your Instagram account using an Android phone or iPhone.

Step 1: Open the Instagram app and tap on the Profile icon.

Step 2: Tap on the three-dot menu icon at the top right corner of your screen.

Step 3: Tap on Settings.

Step 4: Scroll down and tap on Help, then tap on Help Center.

Step 5: Tap on Managing Your Account.

Step 6: Tap on Deleting Your Account.

Step 7: Tap on How Do I Delete My Account?

Step 8: You will be taken to a web page with instructions for deleting your account. Tap on How do I delete my account? under Need More Help?

Step 9: You will be asked to enter your username or email address associated with your account and the password for your account.

If you don’t remember the password, choose Forgot Password instead under the login and follow the instructions displayed on your screen to reset it. Once you have entered this information, tap Log In or log in.

Step 10: Select an option from the list displayed on your screen as to why you want to delete your account and then tap Permanently.
